Why did you choose Erin Smagala Photography?
I chose ESP because I had heard such amazing things from past seniors that had been to my school, and once I actually took a look at how beautifully she had captured some of my friends, I knew I had to choose Erin. I was really drawn to how she manages to capture the grace and genuine beauty of each senior. When I finally got to see my pictures, I was blown away because of how gorgeous they were and how perfectly they displayed my personality!

What is your favorite color?
Royal Blue

What was your favorite location and why?
I loved the studio because it was the perfect backdrop to go along with my royal blue outfits! It brought out the best lighting and made for some of my favorite pictures. I really love the simplicity and the color white also!

Which colleges are you looking into?
The University of Georgia, University of Tennessee Knoxville, Auburn University, and Clemson University

What would be your dream job?
Orthodontist

What is your favorite television show to binge-watch?
Friends

What is your favorite high school memory so far?
Being on the Dance Team and cheering on the Knights!

How did you feel about your makeup and the makeup artist?
I absolutely loved Katie! Coming in, I had a pretty clear idea of what makeup I wanted, and Katie blew me away! I could not have had a more perfect makeup look in my pictures! Since my makeup was stunning, I was 100% more confident in my pictures also.

Name one thing you cannot live without:
Eyeliner!

What makes you happy?
Dance! I’ve done ballet for most of my life, but since being on the dance team at J PII I’ve realized that expressing myself through dance (of any kind) helps keep me grounded and at my happiest. After a long day of schoolwork and test, coming to the dance studio is the best way to unwind and express myself! I could never see myself not doing dance because of how happy its made me my whole life!

Vinyl records

What was your favorite part about the photoshoot?
Erin and I had a good laugh because I had to pull back my white dress with a binder clip!

Who inspires you?
My mom and Dolly Parton

In general, what are your final thoughts about the entire ESP experience?
While this may sound like overkill, I don’t think I could have found a more perfect senior picture experience anywhere else! From amazing hair and makeup to the gorgeous pictures themselves, Erin was the perfect choice for me! Her quality and assurance to make every step of the process as seamless as it could be just shows how amazing ESP really is! In addition to my individual pictures, I was also on the ESP Model Team and loved every minute of it! I had the opportunity to make amazing new friends and represent ESP! I could not thank Erin enough for the detail and care she has put into making my senior picture experience the best it could possibly be!
